Terms and conditions

These terms apply to your use of boobook.studio and to every order. By placing an order you confirm you have read and accepted them.

1. Seller

BooBook Studio is a brand of CLOUD STONES CO., LTD (บริษัท เคลาด์ สโตนส์ จำกัด).

2. Prices and tax

Prices are in Thai baht and include 7% VAT. Shipping is shown separately before payment. Prices may change without notice, but you pay the price shown when you confirm your order.

3. Orders

An order is complete once payment succeeds and we e-mail your confirmation with a reference (e.g. BB-001234). We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price is clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud; in that case you receive a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment is handled by Opn Payments: PromptPay, mobile banking, TrueMoney Wallet, Rabbit LINE Pay or credit/debit card. Card data is processed by Opn Payments; BooBook does not store it.

5. Receipts and tax invoices

We e-mail an electronic receipt. A full tax invoice can be requested at checkout or from your order page.

6. Shipping and returns

We ship within Thailand only, with SPX Express. Fees, delivery times and returns are described in shipping & returns.

7. Product safety

The books contain electronics and either button cells or a rechargeable battery. Use them under adult supervision. Batteries should be replaced or charged by an adult, spare cells kept out of children's reach, and if you suspect a child has swallowed a battery, seek medical help immediately. See the FAQ.

8. Partner program

Partner discount codes and commissions follow the conditions on the partner page. One discount code per order.

9. Intellectual property

Illustrations, characters, song arrangements and recordings, texts, photos and the BooBook trademarks belong to CLOUD STONES CO., LTD. Copying, adapting or commercial use without written permission is not allowed.

Traditional Thai children's songs belong to everyone, but the arrangements and recordings in our books belong to CLOUD STONES CO., LTD.

10. Liability

We take care to keep information accurate, but colours may look slightly different on your screen. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, such as getting a book wet. Nothing here limits your consumer rights under Thai law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown on the day of your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
