Where we deliver

Addresses in Thailand only.

Carrier and delivery time

Shipped with SPX Express
Delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch; remote areas may take longer
Order before 10:30 and it leaves the same day; order later and it leaves the next day
When your parcel leaves, we e-mail the tracking number and show a tracking link on your order status page

Shipping fee

Priced for your delivery address and the parcel's weight, at SPX Express rates, box and packing included
You see it at checkout as soon as you enter your address, before paying
Free shipping when your goods total 990 THB or more after discounts

Receiving your parcel

Please check your name, phone number and address before paying. If a parcel comes back because the address is wrong or nobody collects it, we refund the price of the books only — shipping already paid can't be refunded.

We recommend filming an unboxing video, in case you need to show us a problem.

Damaged or wrong items

Tell us within 7 days of delivery, on LINE @boobook or through our contact page.
Include your order number and photos of the item and box, or your unboxing video.
Once checked, we send a replacement free of charge or refund you to your original payment method.

Change of mind

Books that haven't been opened can be returned within 14 days of delivery: contact us with your order number before sending one back. Return postage is at your expense. Opened books can't be returned, unless they arrived damaged (see above).

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method and take 30–45 days from the day we confirm the refund.

We refund the price of the books only; shipping is not refunded — except for damaged or wrong items, which are entirely on us.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel before the parcel is dispatched by contacting us with your order number. Once shipped, the returns rules above apply.
