Card details are entered and processed directly by Opn Payments. BooBook never receives or stores your card number.

Yes, all prices include 7% VAT.

Every order has a reference such as BB-001234. Your confirmation e-mail links to the order status page, and once the parcel leaves our warehouse you get an SPX tracking link. Signed-in customers can also see it under my orders.

Enter it in the discount field at checkout. If you arrived through a partner's link, the code is remembered for 30 days.

Within Thailand only, for now.

We ship with SPX Express. Parcels arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Order before 10:30 and it leaves the same day; order later and it leaves the next day.

Shipping is priced at SPX Express rates for your delivery address and the parcel's weight, box and packing included. You see it at checkout as soon as you enter your address, before paying, and it's free once your goods total 990 THB or more after discounts.

Three AG13/LR1130 button cells, supplied with the book.

Yes. The battery cover is held by a screw: undo it with a small screwdriver, put the new cells in the right way round, and screw the cover back on firmly.

Batteries should only ever be replaced by an adult.

Button batteries are extremely dangerous if swallowed. They can cause severe internal burns within just a few hours.

• An adult should always replace the batteries and close the compartment firmly each time.
• Keep spare and used batteries out of children's reach.
• Check the battery compartment regularly. If the cover is loose or damaged, stop using the book and contact us.
• If you think a child has swallowed a battery, go to hospital immediately. Do not wait for symptoms and do not induce vomiting. Ramathibodi Poison Center hotline: 1367.

They have a built-in battery that charges over USB Type-C. The cable comes with the book.

An adult should supervise charging, and children should not play with the cable.

For First Songbook books, try fresh batteries. For กขค ปาร์ตี้ and ABC Party, charge fully. Still silent? Contact us with your order number.

Ages 3 and up. Younger children can use them with an adult's help.

The board pages and buttons are designed for children to use by themselves, but an adult should stay nearby, especially with younger children.

Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth only. Never wet or soak the book: there is sound electronics inside.

Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos or an unboxing video. We will send a replacement or refund you.

Yes, if the book hasn't been opened and you tell us within 14 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number before sending it back; return postage is yours to pay. Opened books can't be returned, unless they arrived damaged.

Yes, for companies, on orders from 2,000 THB. Request it at checkout, or later from your order page within 90 days, with the company name, 13-digit tax ID, branch and address. Otherwise we send an electronic receipt by e-mail.
